Work Party Buy Out!!

All new members are required to do one 4 hour work party within the first year of membership. Work parties are the 3rd Sunday of every month as long as it does not fall on a holiday. If you choose not to participate in a work party, there is a $100 opt out fee. There is an option on your application to pay the opt out fee for $100 or select the "WILL DO A 4 HOUR WORK PARTY" option. You have to select one or the other to complete your application. If you do not complete your work party within the 1st year of membership you will be charged the $100 work party fee.
