  • Applications received between January 1 and July 31 will be assessed the full annual dues amount (presently $125).
  • Applications received between September 1 and December 31 will have their first-year dues prorated, as follows: September $40 October $30   November $20 December $10
  • Applicants MUST have a Current PMSC Sponsor that has been a member for over a year and is in good standing, Sign their Application and ATTEND the membership meeting with the applicant.
  • If you don’t have a sponsor or if your sponsor is unable to attend the meeting with you, your application will have to be approved by the Membership Committee.  You MUST Be at the Monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. to meet with the Membership Committee.

Membership is not complete until you stand before the membership and are voted in. 

By applying on this page you are submitting an application to become a member of our organization. The process takes more than one month to complete. Once your application is submitted, you will receive a proof of payment slip from this site. You will then need to attend the next regular membership meeting (usually on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. for applying members), located in the rental hall at the top of the entry drive. Bring your ID and payment verification with you. At this meeting you must introduce yourself to the general membership, then you will be dismissed with instructions on how to proceed.  Once you are approved you will receive orientation information and instructions by email. You will then need to attend the orientation the first Wednesday of the following month. You must attend orientation in order to receive your credentials.  Because orientation is led by a volunteer, our orientations are scheduled ONLY on the first Wednesday of every month. 

There is an initiation fee of $100.00 to be submitted with your application. 

Spousal members have all rights as primary member except they can not hold office or vote. 

Junior members are your children or grandchildren 18 and under. 

The only people who can be included on a membership are yourself, spouse, children or grandchildren if they are 18 and under. 

Membership steps ( ALL STEPS MUST BE COMPLETE IN ORDER FOR MEMBERSHIP TO BE FINALIZED)

1. Apply online and pay, or select invoice me and pay at member meeting.

2. Come to the member meeting and stand before general membership for introduction (once you introduce yourself you are excused). First Wednesday of every month at 6:30. Bring a photo ID with you for verification.

3. Wait for email confirming membership approval and orientation email. - This will come after the member meeting and will have instructions on the remaining steps to complete the membership process. 

4. Once email is received, print off orientation paper and report to orientation. (You cannot attend orientation until you receive the approval email.) Orientations are the first Wednesday of every month at 6PM. You must attend orientation in order to receive your credentials and access to club grounds. You cannot attend orientation until you have stood before membership and have been approved. 

Membership is not complete until you are voted in and have completed orientation.  Once you attend orientation you will be granted access to club grounds.

Starting September 1st, dues will be prorated for the rest of the current year. So you will be paying the $100 initiation fee, gate card fee and the monthly prorated dues fees for the remainder of the year along with the $125 dues for following year. 

WORK PARTY

All new members are required to do one 4-hour work party within the first year of membership or pay a $100 opt out fee. Work parties are held monthly on the 3rd Sunday, provided it does not fall on a holiday.  

There is an option on the application to pay the $100 opt out fee or select "WILL DO A 4 HOUR WORK PARTY." One option must be selected to complete the application.  If you do not complete the work party commitment you will be charged the $100 work party fee, and ultimately your card access will be turned off.

Please note: At orientation, you will be asked to sign up for one of the work parties scheduled over the next six months. Again, work parties are held monthly on the third Sunday. Not participating in a work party during these six months will result in your gate card being disabled until the work party requirement is met, either by participating in a work party or paying the opt out fee ($100). If you are concerned about your physical ability to participate in a work party, please note there is sufficient work that does not require physical activity.

TERMS: 

This organization is governed by strict By-laws and regulations. Any violation of said rules, regulations or falsifications of this application can cause immediate expulsion from the Pitcairn-Monroeville Sportsmen’s Club Inc. By signing this application, the applicant pledges to obey all said laws and rules, will not support anti-gun legislation: belong to, or support any anti-hunting, fishing, trapping, or animal rights activists’ groups, has attained the age of eighteen (18) years, and has not been convicted of, or is under indictment for any violent crime, or misuse of firearms. I understand that upon acceptance I will be on probation for one (1) year, starting from my orientation date.

Please be advised:  PMSC may, at any time and at our discretion, perform a background check on any applicant or member.  PMSC reserves the right to deny or cancel membership based on the results of the background check in accordance with PMSC by laws.
